This record may include positive feedback from managers or colleagues, awards or recognition, successful projects completed, and other accomplishments that make you proud. Having a record of accomplishments can boost your confidence and help with goal-setting. You'll have a comprehensive list to refer to when updating your resume or preparing for job interviews.
I've created an Airtable workspace to keep track of my career history and achievements. It's an excellent tool to organize and reflect on my past experiences and accomplishments. I have created a community engagement table to quickly add and track my engagements outside of work. Keeping all this information in one place allows me to quickly identify areas with room for improvement. The workspace also enables me to track my goals and progress, which has been extremely helpful in my career development.
